Can I work with my own designer or architect?

Absolutely. While OM2 reDESIGN Build would love the opportunity to provide both the design and construction for your project, we are also happy to work with your existing designer or architect. If your design and plans are already completed, our team can step in and provide the construction expertise needed to bring your vision to life.

Can we stay in our home during the remodeling project?

Sometimes. It depends on the scope of work, areas being renovated, utilities affected, and overall safety of the project. During your consultation, we’ll discuss whether remaining in the home is practical.

Our Design + Build process brings the design and construction phases together under one team. We begin by understanding your goals, develop the design and necessary documentation, establish the project scope and construction plan, and then move into construction with the same team involved throughout the process.

Does OM2 offer financing?

OM2 reDESIGN Build does not currently offer financing. However, we have worked with many clients and their lenders throughout the financing and loan-closing process. We are happy to provide the project information and documentation your lender may require and help coordinate with them as needed to keep the process moving smoothly.
